$125/full-day (8hr), $65/half-day (4hr) [$15/hr for each additional hour or part thereof]

an additional 5% of the total rental fee
is included in the final bill
In order to confirm your booking, a 25% advance deposit is required. Once this amount has been securely received, your rental date(s) and time(s) will be guaranteed, and these will be posted on our events calendar.
At the end of your rental~
All vehicles must be parked in the lot next to The Centre; no roadside parking is available. This is out of consideration for our neighbors. If you expect more than 20 vehicles, you will need to hire a parking attendant to ensure the cars are adequately parked. Please encourage your guests to carpool.
As there are residents on the property, please do not use the parking near the house.
Please be considerate enough, as soon as you know that you will need to cancel, to inform us of that situation. Cancellation made in advance of the 72-hour window prior to the day of a given event will result in a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the day of the event, all rental fees except the advance deposit will be refunded.
